The second floor of the Perring Building was most recently used as a meeting space for the VFW, in the late 1940s.  In early 2019, we began converting this space into 2 very unique apartments.  Design and most all of the interior work done by Justin & Kylie Hicken of The Wizard of Odz & Ends - super talented couple.

APARTMENT A is a large studio unit, approximately 850 square feet.

APARTMENT B is a 2 bedroom unit with a large open concept, approximately 1,250 sq ft.
